Trail Riding
Greenane Equestrian Center offers over 300 acres of beautiful, Catskill Mountain, rural trail riding for all ages and abilities. We can host individuals, families, and groups. A Greenane Trainer or Riding Instructor accompanies inexperienced riders. All riding/safety gear is provided and all trail rides begin with lessons so that even the most inexperienced riders can feel at ease.

• 1st time visitors to Greenane are required to complete a pre-ride test in the round pen. This is required for your safety and the safety of the horse. Those riders not able to exhibit required riding skills will not be allowed on the trails but will be provided riding lessons for the duration of their riding time.
• Trail Ride Dress Code: Appropriate riding attire is required. If you are unsure, call ahead and consult our staff.
