Pastured Heritage Turkey – Boneless Breast portion

A portioned cut of Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast from Greenane Farms’ pastured heritage breed turkey.   Bones and skin removed and then the breast is hand trimmed and the brined in light mix of fresh Catskill water and kosher salt.  This helps the breast to retain moisture during cooking.

Greenane Farms’ pastured turkeys are raised on a salad bar of grasses, legumes, insects and Non-gmo grains.  As are all our animals, our pastured turkey is antibiotic and hormone free.

Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast is a lean healthy addition to salads or as a main dish and are very easy to cook.  The juicy, rich flavor of Greenane Farms’ chicken really shines through.

Each package averages 1.25 pounds with a single turkey breast portion per package.  Vacuum packed for refrigerator or long-term freezer storage.
